Michael J. Wichelns
President and Co-founder
Mr. Wichelns earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Since that time, his career has included varying roles as an executive in a broad range of industries including Retail, Telecommunications, Construction and Management Consulting.
He has provided consulting and reengineering services to a wide assortment of firms across a variety of industries including retail, construction, manufacturing, telecommunications, airlines, oil and gas, and more. Mr. Wichelns specializes in the project management of reengineering projects with a strong focus on dramatically improving the operational execution of every client firm. He is also heavily involved in the initial analysis of prospective clients, corporate culture identification, and ensuring an optimal level of profitability for the owners of every client organization.
Mr. Wichelns resides in West Palm Beach, FL with his wife and one of his two beautiful daughters. His passions include playing tennis, biking, golf and college football.
Rob Alley
Vice President and Co-founder
Mr. Alley's expertise is in employee retention, performance improvement, and the factors that affect them. A Certified Master Trainer, Mr. Alley has over ten years experience in the development, presentation, and evaluation of adult training initiatives. He has delivered thousands of hours of operational, communications, and supervisory skills training to audiences from front line employees to senior level executives.
In addition, Mr. Alley has an extensive background in areas such as operations management, continuous process improvement (Certified ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditor), and safety/OSHA compliance.
This combination of hands-on operational experience along with his proven adult training and development skills positions Mr. Alley to rapidly impact employee performance in your organization. Mr. Alley resides in Coral Springs, FL with his wife and two sons. His interests include playing golf, biking, and coaching youth basketball.
Marc B. Schneiderman

Mr. Schneiderman has over 40 years of residential, commercial and institutional building and development experience. He learned the business "from the ground up", completing successful assignments in Operations, Financial Analysis, Land Acquisition, Governmental and Quasi-governmental developmental approvals, Project Management, Estimating & Purchasing, Product Design, Sales & Marketing and Customer Service. He has been a Florida Certified General Contractor since 1981.
Among his many other accomplishments, Mr Schneiderman provided the vision, leadership and strategic planning required to reorganize a major home building company into a top performer in the New Jersey market, consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive financial and market share objectives. He then used these same skills to create a dominant presence in the Southwest Florida Market in a period of less than two years for one of the fastest growing residential homebuilders in the Nation.
Mr. Schneiderman has now dedicated himself full-time to providing guidance and support to existing builders, developers and trade contractors in the residential, commercial and governmental building arenas located in the states of Florida and New Jersey.
