Available Positions:
Project Director
Project Directors have ultimate responsibility for the activities of all Springboard associates and activities assigned to a client engagement. They work directly with the Client Owners, continually advising them on Springboard findings and recommendations creatively designed to achieve Pre-Determined Profit. They are ultimately responsible for the success of the project, ensuring that 100% of the original contracted components are delivered to the Client.
Reengineering Specialist
Reengineering Specialists utilize their management, organizational, and operational experience to analyze, recommend, and implement profitable solutions for our Clients. They work directly with Client managers and employees through interviews, group meetings and the facilitation of Operational Task Teams to identify and eliminate existing or potential sources of Profit Leakage.
Financial Specialist
Financial Specialists work closely with the Project Director and Client Owners in first determining the current fiscal condition of the Client Company. After this initial analysis, they then develop and implement the necessary financial reports and procedures that continuously measure and communicate the financial status of their company to Owners.
Administrative Associate
Springboard Consulting engagements require a large number of internal administrative tasks. From contract preparation to arranging travel for Springboard Associates, a Springboard Administrative Associate encounters new challenges and opportunities on a daily basis that serve to make the job both interesting and challenging.
